Product Specifications

cotton-linen blend featuring a characteristic breathable, crisp slub texture. Base Color: Apricot orange / Coral peach. Design & Pattern: Body: Ikat-style blurred feather/flame motifs woven in soft white/cream throughout the length. Border: Medium-width silver zari woven border running along the top and bottom edges. Pallu (End Piece): Striped silver zari horizontal bands with subtle contrasting purple/aubergine dip-dye accents and corner tassels. Styling & Occasions Occasions to Wear: Daytime festive events, puja ceremonies, and housewarmings. Formal office wear, academic conferences, and cultural exhibitions. Semi-formal lunches, summer get-togethers, and art events. Styling Pairing: Blouse: Plain off-white, raw silk ivory, or contrasting deep purple/plum to highlight the pallu. Jewelry: Silver oxidized jewelry, freshwater pearls, or minimal matte-finish temple accessories. Wash Care & Maintenance First Wash: Strictly dry clean for the initial wash to set the vegetable/ikat dyes and preserve the silver zari luster. Subsequent Washes: Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild liquid detergent (like wool/silk wash or baby shampoo). Do not soak for more than 5 minutes. Never scrub, wring, or twist the fabric; gently squeeze out excess water. Avoid machine washing or harsh bleaching agents. Drying: Dry flat or folded evenly over a hanger in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not expose to direct harsh sunlight, as bright orange and ikat weaves fade quickly. Ironing Instructions Temperature: Medium-high heat (cotton/linen setting). Technique: Iron while the saree is slightly damp for best results, or use a fine water mist spray/steam iron to relax linen creases. For the Border & Pallu: Iron strictly on the reverse side or place a thin muslin/cotton pressing cloth over the silver zari to prevent snagging or dulling the metallic threads.

Silk
Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
