Body: Antique Olive Green / Muted Moss Gold dual-tone with woven golden zari undertones. Border & Pallu: Deep Rani Pink / Magenta with a slim parrot green piping detail along the selvedge. Zari Details: Soft metallic antique gold zari weaving throughout the motifs and borders. Design & Weaving Details Body Pattern: Micro zari stripe/dash texture across the field, interspersed with traditional floral-paisley (Kalka/Buta) motifs. Border: Contrast magenta band featuring a continuous row of processional royal elephant (Gaja) and peacock (Mayil) motifs, framed by fine zari lace borders. Pallu (End-piece): Richly woven magenta ground featuring a large ornate floral medallion (paisley/creeper centerpiece), detailed geometric zari bands, and hand-finished magenta tassels (kuchu) along the edge. Fabric & Wash Care Instructions Fabric Type: Silk / Art Silk blend with metallic zari work. Cleaning: Dry Clean Only is strongly recommended to preserve the dual-tone sheen and avoid damage to the metallic zari threads. Washing (If hand washing): Use cold water with a mild, silk-friendly liquid detergent. Never soak for extended periods, wring, or scrub the zari work. Drying: Air dry in the shade on a flat surface or padded hanger. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading. Ironing & Storage Ironing: Iron on low to medium heat on the reverse side only. Use a thin cotton pressing cloth over the zari areas to avoid burning or flattening the metallic weave. Steaming: Vertical garment steaming is safe and preferred for smoothing out pleats. Storage: Fold along natural pleats, wrap in breathable cotton or muslin fabric, and store in a cool, dry place. Refold periodically along different crease lines to prevent fabric stress. Avoid spraying perfumes or deodorants directly on the zari.
