Product Specifications

Border: Design: Contrast deep purple zari border featuring intricate traditional paisley and floral vines (belli pattern) woven in antique gold zari. Pallu (End Piece): Colour & Pattern: Rich Deep Imperial Purple/Plum base densely woven with geometric lattice (jaal) and traditional zari floral motifs. Finish: Edged with matching deep purple hand-tied tassels (kunchalam). 2. Best Occasions to Wear Festive Celebrations: Ideal for festivals like Diwali, Onam, Navratri, or temple functions where traditional elegance with a modern edge is preferred. Semi-Formal & Day Events: Perfect for daytime wedding functions (e.g., Haldi, Mehendi, engagement parties, or post-wedding lunches). Boutique & Cultural Events: A great choice for office festivities, ethnic day celebrations, art exhibitions, or formal social gatherings due to its structured and subtle sheen. 3. Wash Care Instructions First Wash: Dry Clean Only. Dry cleaning is strongly recommended to preserve the lustre of the zari border/pallu and the texture of the jute silk. Subsequent Care: Avoid machine washing or harsh detergent powder. If home cleaning is necessary, spot-clean stains gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not wring or twist the fabric; hang to drip dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. 4. Ironing & Storage Guidelines Ironing: Always iron on the reverse side of the fabric or place a thin cotton cloth (press cloth) over the saree while ironing. Use Medium-Low heat (Silk/Wool setting). Avoid pressing hot metal directly onto the metallic zari threads to prevent melting or tarnishing. Steam ironing works exceptionally well for jute silk blend fabrics to remove deep creases gently. Storage: Store folded in a breathable cotton or muslin saree bag. Avoid plastic covers, as they can trap moisture and cause the zari to tarnish over time. Unfold and refold the saree every few months to prevent permanent creases along the fold lines.

Silk
Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
