Product Specifications

Primary Body Color: Warm Sand / Natural Beige / Cream tone. Tie & Dye Shade: Crimson Red / Scarlet Red in an ombre, gradient tie-and-dye pattern running along the upper chest fold and lower pleats. Pallu & Border Shade: Vibrant Deep Crimson Red with rich metallic golden woven zari work. Zari Highlight: Antique gold zari woven across the border and pallu stripes. 2. Design & Weave Details Weave: Traditional Handloom Mangalagiri Silk (characterized by its crisp texture, lightweight body, and structured drape). Dyeing Technique: Dual-tone gradient / Shibori tie-and-dye effect transitioning smoothly from warm beige to rich crimson red. Border: Signature Mangalagiri parallel zari border with fine woven metallic detailing along the edges. Pallu: Solid red silk pallu featuring dense, parallel golden zari lines/stripes and finished with neat hand-twisted tassels. 3. Occasions to Wear Festive Celebrations: Ideal for festivals like Pooja, Diwali, Navratri, or Onam/Vishu functions due to its vibrant red and gold combination. Weddings & Receptions: Perfect for daytime wedding events, Haldi/Mehendi ceremonies, or engagement parties. Boutique & Formal Events: Excellent choice for corporate ethnic days, cultural events, or boutique gallery openings where an artistic handloom look stands out. Styling Tip: Pair with traditional gold or antique temple jewelry (such as jhumkas or a coin necklace) and a solid red blouse matching the pallu. 4. Wash & Care Instructions First Wash: Dry Clean Only. Silk paired with rich red dyes and woven zari requires professional dry cleaning to prevent color bleeding and preserve sheen. Subsequent Care: Dry cleaning is strongly recommended. If hand-washing at home: Wash gently in cold water using a mild, silk-friendly liquid detergent (e.g., Ezee or baby shampoo). Do not soak, scrub, or wring the fabric. Do not use bleach, harsh powders, or stain removers. Drying: Wrap in a clean towel to absorb excess moisture. Dry flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight (sunlight causes rich red hues to fade). 5. Ironing & Pressing Guidelines Heat Setting: Use the Low Heat / Silk Setting on your iron. Method: Always iron on the reverse side of the saree while slightly damp. Place a thin, clean cotton pressing cloth between the iron and the saree to protect the silk fibers. Zari Caution: Avoid placing a hot iron directly onto the metallic zari threads on the pallu/border to prevent melting or tarnishing. Steam: Do not use heavy steam directly on tie-dyed silk, as water spots may distort the finish. 6. Storage & Maintenance Tips Wrapping: Store wrapped in a breathable muslin or soft cotton cloth (never store in plastic or vinyl covers, which trap moisture). Folding: Refold the saree along different fold lines every 2–3 months to avoid permanent creasing along the zari and silk threads. Perfumes: Avoid spraying perfumes or deodorants directly onto the saree body or zari.

Silk
Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
