Subsequent Care: Dry cleaning is recommended. If hand-washing at home: Wash separately in cold water using a mild silk/delicate liquid detergent. Do not soak, wring, or rub the fabric or zari borders vigorously. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners. Drying: Line dry in a shady, well-ventilated indoor space. Keep direct sunlight away to prevent the deep magenta shade from fading. Ironing & Storage Ironing Setting: Low to Medium heat (Silk setting). Technique: Iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Use a thin cotton press cloth placed over the zari borders to prevent direct heat damage to the metallic threads. Storage: Fold neatly and wrap in a breathable cotton or muslin bag. Silk
Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
