Wash Care & Maintenance Instructions First Wash: Strictly Dry Clean Only. Subsequent Care: Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for pure Kanchivaram silk to preserve the luster, fabric integrity, and golden zari work. If home washing is unavoidable after multiple uses, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild silk-friendly detergent or soap nut liquid (reetha). Never soak the saree for extended periods, and do not wring or scrub. Drying: Always line dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight, as harsh rays can fade the vibrant green shade and tarnish the zari. 4. Ironing & Storage Guidelines Ironing: Always iron on the reverse side of the fabric or place a thin cotton cloth over the saree to prevent direct heat on the silk fibers and zari. Use a low to medium heat setting (Silk setting). Storage: Fold the saree neatly and store it wrapped in a breathable pure cotton or muslin cloth bag. Avoid storing in plastic covers or synthetic bags, as silk needs to breathe to avoid moisture buildup. Refold the saree every few months along different crease lines to avoid permanent fabric cuts or tear along the folds.

Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
